Payment Options

Health Insurance

In order to better accommodate our patients, we have recently joined several health insurance networks.

In-network with:

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida
CIGNA
Humana

We are awaiting final acceptance into the networks of the following health insurance carriers:

Aetna
Beech Street
(several other carriers)

Auto Insurance

We accept all auto insurance plans, which would be utilized in the event that a patient has had a recent motor vehicle accident.

Uninsured

For patients who do not have health insurance or who have a policy without chiropractic and/or massage benefits, we would be happy to speak with you about your options for paying out-of-pocket.
